About Me
My name is Rachel Boris and I'm a UX Designer from Leesburg, Virginia. I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Arts and Design with a concentration in Interactive Design. I was a production assistant for JMU's "Breeze TV", the secretary of the Photography Club, and a coxswain for Club Rowing. I have 2 years of Italian Language Learning under my belt as well as 23 credits worth of Studio Art where I fell in love with Photography.

My User Experience skills range from conducting user research to creating high-fidelity prototypes, but I also enjoy coding, editing videos, creative writing, and learning languages.
Traveling
2018 has been the year of travel for me. Thanks to JMU's Study Abroad programs and opportunities, I was finally able to visit my dream destination, Italy. From mid-May to early July, I got to practice my Italian and explore the beautiful walled city of Urbino. Once my solo-traveling came to an end, the travel bug never went away and I was more eager than ever to travel to different destinations.
